We have entered a new year and said goodbye to 12 months that has been very unlike any others. Its been a while since we last published and with this post, we will give you a short brief on what has happening in Ana Doma and the domain / digital industry in general.

Internally in Ana Doma

Maybe you have already notice that we got a new logo and have updated our webpage. We are very pleased with the update and we feel that it has got a more user friendly and lighter look to it. We hope that you as well find your visit more comfortable. New cases: A global organisation with headquarter in Denmark, were looking for a provider that was able to maintain billing and the technical support of their domain portfolio. They got domains registrered worldwide and therefor also needed one provider to ease up the administration. We were able to deliver the service that they were looking for and are almost done with the transfers of their domains and give them “one click” access to them. We look very much forward to cooperate with our new client and also to support them best with their domain strategy and technical maintenance. Another case was a danish organisation that wanted wanted us to maintain the billing function only. Having a lot of domains can be a complex bookkeeping task, where you need to be on top on who, will receive the renewal bill from the hostmasters. For a little portfolio this can easier get handled but when you increase your portfolio, the administration also increases. At Ana Doma we are able to deliver a full service, technical and the billing function, but our clients can also choose either way. Consultancy: Ana Domas consultancy services are no longer handled by Ana Doma but Ana Doma Consulting. Ana Doma Consulting are owned by DINKONSULENT.NU ApS and do consulting within change management, business strategy, business growth etc. For you as a customer they will be no difference in our daily services towards you. We are still able to assist you the way we have been able to do, but you will receive your future invoice on consulting from Ana Doma Consulting. Local and global News: In Denmark we have seen an increase in domain registration. In 2020 was 1.338.257 .dk domains registrered which is 22.000 than the year before. The second quarter of 2020 closed with 370.1 million domain name registrations across all top-level domains (TLDs), an increase of 3.3 million domain name registrations, or 0.9 percent, compared to the first quarter of 2020.1,2 Domain name registrations have grown by 15.3 million, or 4.3 percent, year over year.* The number one domain is still .com with more than 148,7 millions registrations. For ccTLD it is .tk, the Internet country code top-level domain for Tokelau, a territory of New Zealand in the South Pacific. Users and small businesses may register any number of domain names free of charge** (with some restrictions).
